Oliver has convened a meeting with Anchor Housing, to discuss improvements for the residents at Meadowcroft, Bushey. Oliver met with Anchor’s Operations Manager, Alison Seymour in Parliament, and raised residents ongoing concerns about the lack of Housing Manager.

Oliver Dowden visited The Bull Pen and Battlers Green Farm in Radlett for Small Business Saturday.

Oliver has again visited The Purcell School for Young Musicians, in Bushey.

Oliver was invited to meet with the Principal, Paul Bambrough and afterwards met with the students who performed a short recital.

I am delighted to have been appointed as the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster by the new Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, and to have the opportunity to play a part in the Government.

Oliver has met again with the Jewish Leadership Council in Parliament alongside their member the Community Security Trust, and the Antisemitism Policy Trust.

Oliver recently met again with the Elstree and Borehamwood Green Belt Society, to discuss his ongoing work keeping our local green spaces safe.

They discussed the future of Woodcock Hill Village Green, the solar farm proposal in Radlett, Aldenham Reservoir, the Local Plan and more.

Numerous residents have been in touch with me to express their dismay that Hertfordshire County Council is proposing the introduction of double yellow lines along Church Lane, in Aldenham Village.  

I have been enjoying spending time out and about in Bushey in recent weeks. After speaking to numerous residents, I know that many remain very concerned about the future of the former Bushey Country Club. 

Oliver has contacted Anchor Housing, to demand an urgent meeting on behalf of residents who reside at Meadowcroft, Bushey.

It was with shock and a deep, deep sadness that I received the news that her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II had passed away at the age of 96.
