Oliver's Response to £2 million Network Rail Fine

The £2 million fine that Network Rail have received from the Office of Rail and Road is a clear indication that the service they offer the public needs to improve.

Unfortunately many Thameslink travellers within Hertsmere are all too familiar with frequent delays and cancellations to the services they rely upon.

Clearly this is not just a matter for Network Rail but also Govia, who run the Thameslink service. I am determined to ensure that joint working between both Govia and Network Rail bring about a much improved and more reliable service to my constituents over the years ahead.
