Sir Oliver Dowden MP recently visited Queens’ School, Bushey.
Sir Oliver was welcomed by Headteacher, Jonathan Morrell, and Head of Humanities, Sandra Charlton, who updated him on the school’s progress.
The Member of Parliament previously visited the school to take part in a debate and had not visited since the school’s recent refurbishment.
Sir Oliver then participated in a Q&A with A-level politics and religious studies students.
Sir Oliver said: ‘I always enjoy visiting schools in the constituency and it was great to go back to Queens’ School recently.
The students were very politically engaged and asked some tough questions on a variety of topics.
It is great to see young people involved in politics and current affairs. They are a credit to our community.’
