Oliver Dowden attended The Bushey Academy’s Awards Evening to congratulate students and speak at the evening. The annual prize night celebrates the fantastic achievements of students, in all subject areas, including art and sport.

Oliver Dowden said:

“We have seen a fantastic turnaround in The Bushey Academy’s fortunes, which is down to the hard work of teachers, parents and students alike.

“It was my pleasure to attend the awards evening. All schools should have high expectations from their students. As we have seen tonight, when they do, our children rise to the challenge. I congratulate the students and wish them all the best in the future”.
